Essential proven track record of achievement with extensive experience within a technical managers role,and experience of working with major retailers{Tesco/Asda} would be highly advantageous.

You will have significant experience of working with all national and international food standards and will have led BRC audits in across large food processing sites.

You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and customers.

Be tenacious and have a positive can-do attitude toward your work.



Degree Educated -Food related degree preferred



ROLE



Act as primary contact between site Technical Manager and Quality Assurance team members,policing product quality,safety and legality,overseeing all quality and food safety matters on site.Manage team of QA's,ensure that they receive adaquate training ,ensure that internal audits are carried out as per defined schedule and follow up on any meeting. Monitor and facilitate site and Technical KPI's
